Responsibilities

PeopleTec is currently seeking an Executive Administrative Professional to support our Huntsville, AL location.

Duties:

• Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
• Be able to prepare a schedule that will maintain both the Team Leader and support staff with administrative scheduling and preparation of significant reports, both technical and administrative.
• Issue training requirements to new contract employees and track all training.
• Provide updates as needed to multiple large spreadsheets.
• Provide multiple administrative duties to group members as required.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

• Travel: 10 %
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:

• Must have 3 to 10 years experience and a BA/BS Degree
