Job Details :

• Position : Machine Operator
• Pay Rate : $18.00 - $19.50 per hour.
• Schedule : 12-hour shifts from 7 : 00am-7 : 00pm OR 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM, with variation between 3 days one week and 4 days the next.

• Operating department equipment to manufacture various products (such as printed material, envelopes, plastics, or mail pieces) in compliance with customer specifications and standard operating procedures.
• Conducting quality checks, packaging, and moving finished products.
• Setting up machines, completing computerized and paper documentation, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Job Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and writing basic English.
• At least 1 year of related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills are desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality control principles.
• Prior experience with lean manufacturing and / or quality control training is advantageous.
• Participation in safety teams or relevant safety training is a plus.
