We are seeking candidates for Machine Operator roles on 12-hour day and night shifts. Compensation for this temp-to-hire role is $18.

What a Machine Operator will do :

• Conduct quality checks
• Read and understand production tickets
• Package finished product efficiently and accurately; mail product
• Complete electronic and paper documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Assist coworkers in other departments when needed
• Perform other (or other related) duties as applicable or assigned

What you need to be a Machine Operator :

• Ability to read and write basic English #Metrojobs
• High School Diploma / GED preferred, or commensurate experience relating to the job required
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, rotating 3 or 4 days per week including weekend rotations, plus overtime when necessary
• Standard climate-controlled production environment able to tolerate exposure to loud noise (PPE is provided)
• Ability to lift, carry, and push / pull up to 35 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, pivot, crouch, reach, squat, kneel, and stoop for up to 12 hours
• Able to do fine motor movements, pushing / pulling with arms, grasping, and pinching
• Pre-employment post-offer comprehensive assessment required
