```Duties```
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Protect property and assets by enforcing access control and ensuring all doors, windows, and gates are secure
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify and respond to any suspicious activities or incidents
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards
- Respond to emergencies, such as medical incidents or fire alarms, and take appropriate action
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering questions, and providing directions
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities

```Requirements```
- Must have a valid security license or certification
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of first aid, CPR, and conflict management techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
