Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Enforce rules, regulations, and policies to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and property
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents
- Provide assistance to employees and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities
Experience:
- Previous experience in law enforcement or security preferred
- Knowledge of CPR and first aid procedures
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Familiarity with security systems, including surveillance cameras (CCTV)
- Possess relevant security certifications or willingness to obtain them (e.g., Loss Prevention)
Must have some hotel experience.
