Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Individual Health Assistant at Peoples First Insurance Services, LLC. The Individual Health Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as assisting clients with health insurance inquiries, providing information on insurance plans and coverage, processing insurance applications, and maintaining accurate client records.

This is an on-site position based in Panama City, FL.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills : ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients
• Allied Health : knowledge and understanding of health insurance terminology and processes
• Communication : strong verbal and written communication skills
• Medicine : basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare systems
• Organization Skills : ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Customer Service : commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
