Your role will involve showing apartments, processing rentals, and assisting our Spanish-speaking community.

Your Role:
- Lead property tours in English and Spanish, highlighting apartment features to potential renters.
- Manage rental applications and lease agreements with clear communication for all parties.
- Offer outstanding customer service to both potential and existing tenants in both languages.
- Engage in marketing activities targeting the Spanish-speaking community.
- Work collaboratively to keep accurate rental activity records.
- Support management by translating and facilitating communication with Spanish-speaking tenants.
Your Profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a bonus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Background in leasing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Basic computer literacy and eagerness to learn new software.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Availability for weekend work.
