Note : The pay rate for this job is $30 - $35 / hour

Responsibilities :

• Hours : Monday-Friday, 40 hours
• All around General Carpenter, able to do Window & Door
• Installs, Frame walls to Finish Trim, Drywall / Mud & Tape
• Painting
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Assisting supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation.
• Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required.
• Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials.
• Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
• Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications :

• Be at least 21 years of age Current / Active OSHA-10 Certification or a willingness to obtain it
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prior experience in the residential field required
• Prior experience using hand tools required
• Position may require a drug screen.
