Pay Rate :
The pay rate for this job is $21 - $25 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Maintenance Technician :
- Experience with repairing, and maintaining plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC systems, Drywall repair,Painting, Flooring(laminate and carpeting), windows and door replacement, Garage door openers in the building
- Receiving and responding to tenant reports of mechanical or maintenance issues on their premises
- Maintaining the fire, carbon monoxide, smoke, and other safety systems within the structure
Available shifts :
Shift Timings : 1st Shift (Day) and Weekends
