• Using hand or electric tools to fabricate, cut, and install framework.
• Build metal, wood framing, and roof truss components.
• Maintain, construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
• Perform residential and commercial projects.
• Complete Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, finishing interior and exterior trim, and other wooden fixtures.
• Being confident in framing, measuring, trim work, and finishing work
• Review blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Follow safety practices at all times.Qualifications :
• Be at least 18 years of age. Valid right to work documents for Employment in the US 2 plus years of Finish / Rough commercial / residential carpentry experience
• Strong scheduling and blueprint reading skills as well as knowledge of metal stud / wood framing, material management, metal doors, hardware install, drywall, trim, cabinets / counter tops, suspended grid, tile install, etc.
• Reliable transportation to and from jobsites Basic math skills , addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division on the fly
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds in order to load and unload wood and other materials as well as carry needed tools and materials to and from the jobsite.
