The Warehouse Supervisor leads their shift in the successful completion of all outbound customers’ orders, inventory control, and compliance monitoring. This is a hands-on Management position that will lead by example and delegate to the team in a fast-paced environment.
Warehouse Supervisor Job Summary:
- Day and Night Shifts
- Multiple Shift schedule options to fit your needs/availability
- 2nd shift Monday - Friday 3:00pm-12am
- 3rd shift Sunday -Thursday 11:00pm-7:30am
- 1st shift Saturday -Tuesday 7:00am-5:30pm
- 2nd shift Saturday -Tuesday 5:30pm-4:00am
- Temp to HIRE
- Climate Controlled facility
- Starts at $20.00/hr
- Motivate and coach employees and assist in the training and development of new employees
- Lead distribution employees in the successful completion of daily customer orders
- Provide direction and assistance to warehouse staff and communicates with manager and various departments
- Focus on safety, quality, and productivity
- Motivate a team to exceed their own expectations, while coaching and mentoring next level of leadership
- Comfortable working in a refrigerator/freezer environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task and prioritize competing assignments
- Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Effective Communicator both verbally and in writing
- Result oriented and demonstrated ability to consistently complete tasks on time
- Strong Attention to detail and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
