Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent paper manufacturer in the Hopkinsville, KY area, is seeking general laborers and warehouse associates to join their team!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATES

• Warehouse associates will ssist in assuring accurate speed of the machines. Helps with removal of die assembly
• Helps secure correct ink for the press and keeps ink pumps full as needed
• Ensures that all guards and safety shields are in place. Assist in washing plates as needed
• Warehouse associates assist in all areas of housekeeping as needed.
• Remove product from delivery belt and stack on pallet. Inspect for print, cut, and quality.
• Works closely with Operator in all operations of the equipment to insure safety, quality of product produced, make adjustment, and configure the press
• Change gears on press during make-ready
• Install pin cylinders during make-readies for new job
• Warehouse associates will perform casestacking duties
• Casestacker-lift up to 35 lbs from conveyor belt and place on pallet for shipping.
• Casestacker-Read and understand customer stacking schematic
• Casestacker-Ability to be trained to use stretch wrap machine and weight scale.
• Other duties as needed while progressing in the job.
• Able to work any 8 or 12 hour shift as assigned
• Maintain baler area and work required as needed

PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS OF WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATES

• Job requires some lifting up to 50lbs during a 12 hour shift-10%
• Pour ink from 5-gallon bucket weighing 40lbs during a 12 hour shift-15%
• Bending, lifting, turning, walking, standing, climbing, crawling, and twisting body continuously during a 12 hour shift 100%.
