- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Ability to identify quality candidates based on a resume and prescreen
- Knowledge of Industrial positions
- Immediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Great communication and Interview skills
- Ability to organize and have great attention to detail and accuracy
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two years or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
