DEPOSIT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST | CONTRACT TO HIRE | $20-$23/HOUR OVERTIME

• Compensation: $20-$23/hour Overtime
• Hours: Full-time
• Contract to Hire

Our client has an immediate need for a Deposit Operatins Specialist in their Columbia, SC branch. This role reports to the Branch Manager and pays up to $23/hour overtime.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years of teller/banking experience, including comprehensive training in teller operations, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle customer requests, ensuring accuracy in retail banking transactions.
• Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers, offering additional financial products and services to enhance their financial well-being.
• Report to and collaborate with the Branch Manager to ensure seamless branch operations.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly environment.

Desired Experience/Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of teller/banking experience, with specific training in teller work and customer service.
• Proven ability to make logical and practical decisions.
• Strong leadership, delegation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to integrity and honesty.
