Job Title: Operations Specialist/Administrative Assistant

Purpose
People, Technology and Processes, LLC is seeking an Operations Specialist/Administrative Assistant to support the program manager and Knowledge Management Team on the TRADOC KPPM contract.
Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site support and assistance in managing, monitoring, administering, and assisting the COR and OCKO in executing the day–to-day TRADOC Enterprise KM Program operations
  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of all operations such as scheduling, tasking, training, and internal management controls.
  • Conducting detailed analysis of requirement tasking orders and meeting short suspense dates.
  • Interpreting higher command directives, policies, and procedures related to operations, plans and exercise planning and developing operational policies and procedures for implementation.
  • Reviewing and recommend approval of training support system concepts, policies, and program documentation.
  • Coordination and scheduling of physical meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, VTCs, online meetings
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of administrative experience
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Experience with the development and utilization of Key Performance Indictors (KPIs), Measures of Performance (MoPs), Measures of Effectiveness (MoEs), and performance management systems.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
  • Excellent verbal and written (especially grammar and proofing) communication skills
