Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance/Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our facilities and equipment, ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and facilities
- Perform routine landscaping tasks on property and facilities
- Spring and Fall Clean-up
- Installation and maintenance of site fixtures such as exterior lighting, stairs, etc.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment, Blowers, trimmers, lawnmowers, etc.

Experience:
- Proficient in English for effective communication
- Ability to retain training and work at times alone
- Customer service-oriented approach to work since we work in a housing community

Nice-to-have:
- Smart Phone for use of time-sheet software
- Existing Bank Account for direct deposit pay

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
