We have an opportunity for a Group Sales Leader (Pool) to join our Cary, NC team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and leading a focused sales and service strategy for the Pool business including hiring, developing, and leading the sales team. This role directs sales and manages the promotion, organization and guidance of sales policies and practices to provide maximum market penetration of products. This role is part of the Pool Business Unit and reports directly to the Group President. Charged with leading a team and developing the necessary resources to attain aggressive growth targets, this is a highly visible position and serves as a critical component of the overall Pool BU sales strategy.
