Penny Realty has been in business since 1965 and we are one of the most experienced & respected property management companies in San Diego. We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to consult with and sign up Home Owners into our Property Management program. This position will require an individual that has a professional appearance and a dynamic outgoing personality. High level Communication skills are necessary so that new Clients are comfortable entrusting their valuable real estate assets to Penny Realty. The selected candidate will also support and assist the CEO and VP in various administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will be professional at all times, exhibit strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will also display excellent business judgment, have an acute concern for customer satisfaction, and possess a strong sense of fairness and integrity. This position comes with the opportunity to work at the beach in an ocean-view Office building, plus the job security of an established portfolio of single-family homes and condos throughout San Diego County.

Prior Real Estate / Property Management sales experience is a plus, but not required.
