Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced To Go Specialist to join our team! The To Go Specialist plays an integral role in our customer’s to go experience.

You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, and make sure that we have accuracy.

The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail.

Responsibilities :

• Take food and beverage orders from walk in customers
• Answer questions about the menu and preparation
• Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff
• Package to go food orders accurately
• Handle and organize all delivery orders for pickup by drivers
• Provide customers with their checks and process payment

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a server is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
