Overview

The Financial Reporting Intern will provide administrative and project support to all functional areas of the Accounting and Finance Department. This person will work closely with the Financial Reporting Manager and property accountants.

Pay: $20/hour depending on experience. 

Responsibilities

• Assist with compliance of new Corporate Transparency Act and Beneficial Ownership Information reporting requirements.
• Support Investment Accounting team with preparation of workpapers for annual tax returns.
• Coordinate the storage and organization of legal entity data and information in DealPath software system.
• Provide support to financial reporting function as needed to respond to underwriting requests.
• Collaborate on enterprise reporting and gathering of project data and information.
• Assist with accounting department special projects and other related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Full-time enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program at an accredited college or university
• Accounting, Finance, or Business-related major required
• Overall GPA of 3.0 or above
• Junior or Senior preferred
• Prior internship experience preferred
