Penndel Mental Health Center is a non profit community based mental health agency located in Langhorne. We are seeking candidates to join our team of professionals who are passionate about working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness, intellectual disability, and/or drug and alcohol addiction. Our focus is to foster a culture of collaboration, respect and personal growth.

We are currently looking for a Team Leader to oversee our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. ACT is an evidence-based program working with adults diagnosed with persistent and severe mental illness (SMI) in a community outreach setting. This leadership position manages the daily operations of ACT services, supervises an interdisciplinary team of clinicians, and advocates with government and mental health agencies regarding client needs. The position requires a Masters degree in Human Services, a professional license, a valid driver’s license and experience working with SMI adults. Experience in case management, community outreach, hospitals and MH residential programs will also be considered.
