Assistant Office Manager / Bookkeeper

Penn Toyota located @ 2400 Northern Blvd, Greenvale, NY is seeking to hire an Assistant Office Manager / Bookkeeper.

(Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred but not mandatory)

Your job responsibilities would be:

• Costing deals, commissions with trade payoffs
• Responsible for schedules and general ledger / other office duties
• Accounts receivable / post parts & service
• Floor plan reconciliation
• Handle all factory rebates
• Knowledge of excel and Google spreadsheets
• All aspects of compliance
• Must be a team player, small office, ability to multitask
• You must be punctual, have the ability to multi-task and communicate with our office staff

• A salary range of $65K- $80K per year, based on your level of experience
