Job Summary:

The Program Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the PHIIICAPS Family Based Program at Hall Mercer, including all operational, financial and clinical oversight. The Program Manager will provide supervision to PHIICAPS teams, including crisis consultation and phone on-call supervision to teams, when needed and supervise the Clinician Supervisor. They will be responsible for service delivery, quality improvement, supervision and data collection. Program Manager will be a part of the Child Leadership Team which makes strategic decisions for the department, including growth and expansion, team cohesion and employee well-being, clinical programming and workflow processes.

Accountabilities:

  • Oversees clinical oversight of the program, including fidelity to the intervention model, evaluation of current clinical programming and planning for future clinical needs.
  • Provides clinical supervision to Clinician Supervisor, clinicians and clinical interns, including crisis consultation for emergent client issues; provides direct service to clients on an as needed basis.
  • Recruits and retains staff and attends to any performance management issues and completes annual performance reviews for staff. Provides orientation and onboarding for all new staff.
  • Acts as a liaison with CBH and the State and ensures all compliances standards are being met.
  • Is responsible for the program budget, including staff productivity, utilization of family support funds and partnering with finance about expenses and revenue.
  • Utilize Penn Chart to review clinical documentation & reporting around productivity and compliance. Accurately maintains client roster.
  • Expected to participate in regular Child Leadership Team meetings to help provide cohesion in the department, along with providing direction and strategic planning.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity and health system organization and in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies and procedures.

Education:

Masters Degree - Major / Area of Study : Social Work, Human Services, Counseling or Related Field Required

Licenses/Registrations/ Certification:

Required: LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.

Experience:

2 years - Experience providing behavioral health support with marginalized youth. Experience supervising staff or trainees is a plus.
