AS THE NURSE MANAGER you will provide operational support to the East Campus including nursing staff, Behavioral Health Assistants, and clinical staff. The Nurse Manager ensures that regulatory requirements are followed through staffing and processes / procedures.QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License or Temporary Practice Permit required; Bachelor Degree in Nursing or related health care field preferred
- Two years of Behavioral Health experience required.
- Healthcare Provider (CPR) and FIMS certifications; Desire to develop management skills and accept responsibility for departmental functioning with, and in the absence of, the Department Director; Progressive and successful work history required
- Trauma-informed care, specialty certification preferred
