Penmac Staffing is seeking candidates for a Project Manager role for a manufacturing company located in Springfield, MO. This is a Temp-to-Hire position, our client is looking for a full-time candidate.
In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead endeavors to secure new business and oversee projects. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive approach to cultivating client relationships, adept estimation skills, and exemplary project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities and Performance Areas:

• Collaborate with sales team to set goals
• Accurately estimate projects for customers
• Manage customer projects from start to finish.
• Maintain professionalism in communication with customers
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Travel 25% of the time to visit customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of sales experience
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office

Hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
Pay is $20.00 per hour
