Penmac Staffing is seeking an Onsite Coordinator to join our staffing team in Camdenton, MO . This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday from 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm.

Pay will depend on experience.

What you’ll do :

Manage client location and large group of Penmac FlexStaff, be in constant communication with the local Penmac office regarding job orders, counseling, turnover and company requests.

Participate in new hire orientations and plant tours. Perform the following as needed : distribute ID badges, timecards and required safety equipment to new and current Penmac FlexStaff.

Introduce new Penmac FlexStaff on first day of assignment.

Monitor performance of the Penmac FlexStaff and work with team leaders / supervisors regarding any possible issues.

Participate in company safety meetings and communicate information to Penmac FlexStaff. Monitor injuries and coordinate first aid or medical treatment as needed for Penmac FlexStaff.

Prepare and distribute weekly injury log.

If applicable, counsel Penmac FlexStaff for attendance, performance and safety issues as needed. Be available to answer questions that any Penmac FlexStaff may have.

If required, assist in calculations and preparation of weekly payroll. Distribute checks to Penmac FlexStaff and / or department heads, answer questions and resolve all payroll issues.

Conduct separation of employment and exit interviews with Penmac FlexStaff.

Prepare and provide daily and weekly reporting to designated company staff members. Reports may include daily attendance roster, tracking of new hires and turnover, exit interview results and other reports as requested by company.

Review weekly invoices and work with Penmac Corporate Accounting to resolve any errors. Distribute invoices to designated company staff members.

Enlist support and assistance of Area Manager with any issues that occur on site.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Area Manager as deemed necessary.

What we’re looking for :

High School diploma required, Associate's degree or higher preferred

Previous office, staffing or education experience required

Ability to complete tasks with little supervision

Ability to maintain confidentiality in matters relating to faculty, staff and students

Convey a very warm, friendly and outgoing personality

Self-starter capable of working independently as well as in a team-environment

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Demonstrate advanced organizational skills

Ability to successfully learn, navigate and use Penmac’s internal programs and systems

Physical Demands

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and occasionally up to 50.

Must be able to bend, stretch, twist and reach repetitively.
