Overview

We are currently seeking a Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team at our facility located in Roseville, Michigan, MI, 48066. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC Lathe, CNC Mill, Horizontal Machining Center, PLC troubleshooting, creating preventive maintenance plans, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, machine safety inspections, and troubleshooting CNC machines in a manufacturing environment. Building and general maintenance also.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on CNC Lathe (2-4 axis), CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC), and Horizontal Machining Center (3-4 axis) machines
• Troubleshoot PLC systems and create preventive maintenance plans
• Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on machinery
• Perform machine safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
• Install shop type equipment and upkeep
• Manage outside service vendors
• Troubleshoot CNC machines to identify and resolve issues

Qualifications

• Experience working with CNC Lathe, CNC Mill, and Horizontal Machining Center machines
• Strong PLC troubleshooting skills
• Ability to create preventive maintenance plans
• Proficient in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
