Project Superintendent
Job Summary:
The Project Superintendent provides on-site coordination for all phases of high-end residential construction projects, includes coordinating subcontractors, maintains client and design team relationships, ensures necessary material and equipment for the project, ensures that specifications are being strictly followed, and work proceeds on schedule and within budget at the highest quality and attention to detail. The Project Superintendent is responsible for scheduling, compliance, quality, cost control, personnel management and job site safety.
