Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty (PenFed Realty), a wholly owned subsidiary of PenFed Credit Union (PenFed), is hiring a (Hybrid) Systems Administrator II that will need to travel on an asynchronous, regular basis within the East and West Wichita areas. The position is associated with our West Wichita, Kansas office. The primary purpose of this position is to manage technology for multiple offices. This position will install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain workstations, servers, telecommunications, network systems, printers, and peripherals for PenFed affiliated offices. This work involves assisting in the design and development of various technologies such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Azure, voice systems, conference room solutions and local area networks. This role provides router and other network equipment maintenance and resolves problems associated with computers, equipment and networks. Along with planning and participating in technology projects, this position also supplements support by responding to inquiries and service requests on weekdays between 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.

This is a hybrid-remote position, most duties will be performed from a home office. Local travel as required for projects with mileage reimbursement provided. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise. Physical requirements may also include lifting ceiling tiles, climbing ladders, lifting, pulling, and squatting. The role is required to supplement technology support by participating in our support queue on weekdays 830AM-5PM. Rotational on-call scheduling for emergency support for nights\weekends is required.

Travel
<25% travel using a personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement. Reliable transportation is required. Traveling/driving to customer locations and occasional overnight travel may be required.
