Event and Field Marketing Coordinator - North Carolina

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Coordinator to spearhead our marketing endeavors, fortify our brand presence, and foster patient engagement across our clinics in North Carolina.
Responsibilities:
As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of our grassroots, event-centric approach. If you’re passionate about events, this role is tailor-made for you. Your responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing grand opening events for new clinics, and establishing groundwork and marketing strategies for successful launches.
- Cultivating strong community ties by actively networking with schools, chambers of commerce, and other local stakeholders.
- Organizing and participating in various community events throughout the year, such as school events, fairs, festivals, and parades, to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborating with our social media team to support clinic-specific initiatives, including content creation and engagement on platforms like Facebook and Google.
Expect extensive travel, including overnight stays, as you immerse yourself in the communities surrounding our clinics. Your territory includes Chapel Hil, Cherryville, Erwin, Forest City, Goldsboro, Greenville, Havelock, Kinston, Locust, Liberty, Oxford, Raleigh, Smithfield, Tarboro, Wake Forest, Winston-Salem, and Wilmington. 
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
If you're passionate about events, planning, and community engagement, you're already off to a great start. Here's what we're looking for:
- Proven experience in event management, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to work remotely and travel extensively, up to 80% of the time, with a reliable vehicle.
- Superb outgoing personality, as 90% of the job revolves around interacting with others to promote urgent care services.
- Exceptional time management skills, with a willingness to invest the necessary hours to excel in the role.
- Self-starter mentality, capable of taking initiative and driving projects independently.
- Persuasive communication skills, coupled with resilience in the face of rejection.
- Strong organizational skills, adept at juggling multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a dedication to growing the business through community engagement and outreach.
- A knack for building and nurturing relationships, essential for fostering a sense of community ownership.
- Unwavering commitment to ethical conduct, prioritizing integrity in all aspects of work.
