Responsibilities:

*Manage all the detailed planning and execution of strategy for all outreach ministries, including the 2nd amp;amp; 4th Saturday Adopt A Blocks HUB and Tuesday Family Nights.
*Bring creative ideas and approaches to events based on collaborative feedback with the Outreach Director and outreach team.
*Organizing event set up and clean ups.
*Prepare and arrange all program support (on site and off site) to support events and meetings.
*Purchasing and maintenance of any event supplies.
*Maintain the Events Calendar with the help of the Outreach Director.
*Recording of data from events.
*Present a weekly and monthly report to the Outreach Director with all event related numbers (statistics) and expenses in regard to the outreach programs.
*Work with the DCD Director and Program Coordinator on implementing the DCD participants into the outreach events.
*Work with Volunteer Coordinator for volunteer positioning for all events and be clear on where volunteers are needed and the details they will perform.
*Communication with staff regarding events.
*Other job related duties and projects as assigned by management.
