We are looking for a top-notch Accounting Specialist who is proactive and self-motivated to join our Accounting team. You will be instrumental in helping drive change and growth in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Match and enter accounts payable invoices
• Post cash receipts
• Reconcile vendor account balances
• Enter daily production for multiple plants
• Report production to management
• Reconcile and Post inventory transactions
• Other administrative and Accounting duties as needed

​Qualifications:

• Experience or relative education in Accounting

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday Flexible hours (8 hours) between 7:30 am-5:30 pm

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting Payable: 1 year (Preferred)
• Accounts Receivable: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
