Landscape Architect Project Manager The Landscape Architect Project Manager oversees a team of Landscape Architects, Designers and Planners to provide professional design services and solutions for clients in private and public sectors. The Landscape Architect Project Manager will manage and provide theming and branding services as well as the landscape design of parks and trails, education, industrial, single-family, multi-family, mixed-use, streetscape, roundabout, and energy projects. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Prepare contract proposals for landscape architectural services for client consideration Monitor and control project timelines and expenditures Serve as primary point of contact for project communication and represent the company and/or client at public hearings and meetings Advise the client on city development review schedules and fees Consult on necessary scope of work with related fee and timeline estimates Manage and perform holistic design services on complex professional landscape design projects Manage the preparation of site inventory, analysis, and feasibility studies Prepare and manage the production of electronic scaled drawings, construction documents, details, and specifications Prepare and manage the creation of landscape, hardscape, grading, drainage, and tree preservation and mitigation plans Prepare and manage the creation of functional diagrams, sketches, schematic designs, and concept plans for client review and approval Engage directly with clients and other project disciplines to create unified designs for review and approval Conduct site visits for both preliminary design stages and construction administration efforts

Landscape Architect Project Managers will supervise a team of Landscape Designers and Landscape Architects, and will be responsible for mentoring and giving advice, and overseeing project production. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program 6 years of work experience PLA (Professional Landscape Architect) in the State of Texas
Preferred Education and Experience Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program Licensed Landscape Irrigator in the State of Texas, with irrigation design experience Experience in land development consulting Project management experience
