Pella Windows Doors is Hiring a Customer Service Coordinator Near Grand Rapids, MI
Are you looking to join a highly successful company with the opportunity to play a critical role in customer service? We have the position for you!
The Customer Service Coordinator is our front-line position working with customers. They are receiving the initial service request and then managing that event from request to completion!
Responsibilities:
- Process service requests (including gathering appropriate information from other team members, online resource guides, and customers)
- Trouble shoot window and door issues with customers over the phone
- Determine the problem that the customer wants resolved and develop a resolution
- Provide quotes to customers
- Order all necessary parts to resolve the issue
- Schedule the service appointment to have the Service Technician install the parts or make the necessary adjustments using scheduling software
- Verify that the Service event is complete and the customers issues are resolved
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Use a multi-line phone, email, and in person conversation to answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints
