As a Canvasser, you will be responsible for visiting residential neighborhoods to speak face-to-face with homeowners to schedule a free consultation and quotes for new windows and doors in their homes.

Bonuses are as follows:

Daily: All reps that set 3 confirmed appointments in a single day will receive a $75 bonus for that day. The first rep that sets 3 confirmed appointments in a single day will receive an extra $25 totaling a $100 bonus for that day.

Weekly: All reps that set 10 confirmed appointments in a week (Monday-Saturday) will receive a $250 bonus. Totaling $1000 for a month

Monthly: All reps that set 50 confirmed appointments in a single month will receive a bonus of $1250 for the month.

This position has the opportunity to transition to a full-time sales representative with Pella Carolina, Inc, pending successful demonstration in the canvasser position.

Responsibilities

• As a Canvasser, you will be responsible for door-to-door knocking in assigned neighborhoods, encouraging individuals to schedule a complimentary visit from one of our sales reps.
• A sales rep will then be scheduled to go into the home to work up a quote for the homeowner to try and earn new business.
• You will be trained on what to look for, Pella product knowledge, and the overall sales process.
• There will be weekly training as well as in-field training to help ensure your success in this position.
• It is only asked that you set 5 appointments a week.
• If you go two weeks in a row with fewer than 5 confirmed appointments set, we will do one week of training and shadowing with a sales rep to improve their performance.
• Success in the position will have the potential to move to a full-time sales rep for Pella NC & SW Virginia.
