Pelican's SnoBalls has an expansive, mature territory with hundreds of booked catering events each season. We are seeking an energetic, charismatic and capable individual. Ideally, the right hire will be someone who enjoys the change of scenery and fast pace that comes with serving at new venues each day and working outdoors. Event service and set-up is simple and straight forward but punctuality is a must. Bookings may be one of hundreds to us, but they are one of one to our customers.
Hours are based on booking dates and times. Events are confirmed and assigned to staff weekly to bi-weekly but events are often known months in advance for scheduling and assignments are flexible. You will be actively putting smiles on peoples faces each day with the uplifting presence Pelican's brings to events so
-Drive branded vehicles to and from events
-Pack up, serve, and break down events
-Help Clean and maintain event equipment such is ice coolers, tables, etc.
The Event Lead will be first on the schedule for event bookings. These hours are given to you first, then filled in by other staff once your desired threshold is met. You will have the option to work store hours for slower event weeks (March & October) but this is not required.
