Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Social Services to join our team. As the Director of Social Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our social services programs. This is a leadership role that requires strong administrative, program development, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social services programs to meet the needs of our Residents

-EMR documentation, Careplanning and MDS

- Manage and supervise social worker and support staff

- Provide guidance and support to staff in the delivery of services

- Collaborate with community organizations and agencies to enhance services and resources

- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards

- Conduct QAPI program to ensure effectiveness and make necessary improvements

- Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Social Work or related field

- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility

- EMR proficient

- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills

- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
