Siena House is a Tier II Family Shelter providing transitional housing for 27 women who are pregnant or with a child under the age of three. It is a nonprofit, nondomination organization, funded by the NYC Department of Homeless Services, and sponsored by the Tolentine Zeiser Community Life Center.
Full Job Description:The Case Manager Supervisor will coordinate the program scope of services required by DHS.

Full Job Description:The Case Manager Supervisor will coordinate the program scope of services required by DHS.
Duties:
- Manage and monitor all aspects of the program based on DHS contractual requirements.
- Execute the implementation of required delivery of services to adult homeless families residing in the shelter.
- Coordinate the work of the Social Service team to ensure effective service delivery to clients. Schedules Inter-disciplinary teams at the sire to optimize staff availability to clients and staff access to on-site services.
- Review individual case files and social service plans on monthly basis for quality assurance and efficacy.
- Conducts resident meetings, when applicable, to keep residents abreast of developments.
- Conducts monthly social service staff meetings.
- Submit reporting in a timely manner.
- Performs any other duties as required by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Education: LCSW required.
Experience: Relevant experience of five years or more with disenfranchised populations, supervisory experience preferred.
Skills:
Education: LCSW required.
Experience: Relevant experience of five years or more with disenfranchised populations, supervisory experience preferred.
Skills:
- Commitment to working with homeless families.
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Bilingual is a plus.
COVID-19: All staff is required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Staff is required to wear appropriate face masks.
