Hours:
6am-3pm (must be flexible to work 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or mid shift as needed).
Pay:
$23 to $24 an hour
- Support and monitor the assigned division.
- Ensure proper training of staff and follow mandatory company policies.
- Support and enforce initiatives for an effective safety program that meets OSHA and company standards.
- Coordinate and monitor quality and productivity to meet customer expectations.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities.
- Review and submit reports to management.
- Monitor and review inventory levels to meet customer and company expectations (FIFO, FEFO, cycle counts etc.).
- Control and monitor the purchasing of supplies and other expenditures within the department.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
- Available to travel (up to 5%) in the US.
- Experience leading safety, quality, and environmental programs and documentation, or something similar in nature.
- Manpower Allocation and control.
- WMS, ECI’s and Inventory control.
- Must pass background and drug screening.
- Experience in order completion, freight, and customer service.
- Ability to understand and carry out instructions.
- Ability to plan activities, delegate, and evaluate results.
- Ability to identify abnormal situations, follow “stop, call, wait”, and implement clear and safe processes.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to manage percentages, rates, and ratios.
- Must be able to stand for 8-12 hours a day.
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
- Extended knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule.
- Bilingual not required but preferred.
- Forklift/scissor lift/other heavy equipment certifications preferred.
