Responsibilities:
- Performing candidate sourcing and research to fill positions and keep a healthy pipeline of candidates.
- Update job postings daily/weekly.
- Managing full-cycle recruitment efforts including initial sourcing and screening of candidates, phone interviewing, and job offer negotiations.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals.
- Sharing knowledgeable updates and industry trends with the team to ensure VIP Staffing's competitive edge.
- Process payroll on a weekly basis.
- Conduct interviews, create resumes, run background screens, verify authorization to work in US through I9 E-Verify, and conduct employee drug screens.
- Minimum 3 years of encompassing experience in the staffing and recruiting sector.
- Possessing excellent organizational skills and always precise in your attention to detail.
- Being adept at conducting in-depth interviews, honing in every key detail.
- Proficiency in phone screenings, ensuring nothing is left uncovered.
- Possessing email etiquette, and understanding the intricacies of professional communication.
- Naturally good at customer service, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
- Skilled in creating compelling resumes that truly represent candidates.
- Proficiency with Avionte Bold software, and its every feature is a plus.
- Being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel.
