About us

Pegasus Prep is a small business in Fort Wayne, IN. We process inventory from other distributors for our company and also other customers. These items typically are sent into Amazon for their FBA program or handled as FBM. Duties are performed in a climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities:

- Process incoming inventory ensuring count and documenting any damaged inventory
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Package any/all outgoing inventory to Amazon
- Utilize supply chain knowledge to optimize inventory management processes
- Operate forklift to move and organize inventory as needed
- Collect and analyze data related to inventory levels, demand, and sales trends
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve inventory issues
- Assist in listing items for liquidation on third party sites like eBay
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory
- Monitor e-commerce platforms to ensure accurate inventory listings

Skills:
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data
- Proficiency in using SQL for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting related to inventory management
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis capabilities
