Peeples Industries is Hiring a Maintenance Administrator Near Savannah, GA

Carry out clerical duties

Manage data in spreadsheets and reports

Keep records and reports up to date

Updates electronic parts files

Provide data entry support and organize existing data in a spreadsheet

Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.

Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically

Ability to use inventory computer programs to update counts and compile reports, such as spreadsheets

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Assists supervisor in processing weekly stock orders

Ensures that credits are received for returned parts

Returns parts and cores in a timely manner and follows up for receipt of credit

Matches purchase orders and invoices, approves, and forwards to accounting office

Files company copies of parts counter invoices

Helps maintain the professional appearance of parts area, and keeps clean and uncluttered

Picks up and delivers parts and equipment

Checks with supervisor before leaving to coordinate any last-minute pick-ups or deliveries

Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up

Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups

Handles basic maintenance of the truck including filling tank with gas, checking oil, keeping it clean and making sure required inspections are performed.

Helps with stocking and posting orders when they arrive to expedite delivery to shop technicians and notifies appropriate parties when special-order parts arrive.

Ability to apply common understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Able to lift 30lbs

Performs other related duties as assigned
