Title: ServiceNow Lead Consultant
Location: San Antonio
Duration: 6 months to 2 years
Remote: possibly 100%, prefer local consultant in San Antonio area.
The company is a public agency in San Antonio. The firm is migrating from a legacy system to ServiceNow with cloud presence. The company is seeking a person to lead the effort. 
Qualifications
• (in Yrs) 8- 10 years and above Technical/Functional Skills Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM
• IRM experience will be an advantage Experience Required 9 years and above Roles & Responsibilities
• 7 years of experience and strong working knowledge of ServiceNow platform
• 3 years of experience with ServiceNow workflows or Flow Designer
• 2 years of experience with scripted REST APIs
• Experience educating internal or external customers in best practice design
• Experience migrating data into ServiceNow application
• Experience working with ServiceNow in a large enterprise
• Agile team experience
• Experience working with Business Rules, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, Scheduled Job, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Policies and Catalog UI Policies
• Integrated ServiceNow instance with 3rd party application
• Experience on adding additional functionalities within exiting implemented integrations
• Experience on Catalog Item, Record Producer, Order Guide, Workflow and Inbound Email Actions
• Experience on Scheduled Job, Events and Email Notifications, Email Scripting, Email Templates
• Experience building & working on different modules of GRC
• Excellent experience in ServiceNow Administration and Production support
• Worked on transform maps, data sources, import set and different transform scripts for data loads and management
• Should be able to manage a team of 4-5 resources
• Education Relevant Bachelors or Master Degree
