**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Medical Office Manager to oversee our healthcare facility's administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical office management.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage day-to-day operations of the medical office, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations.

- Utilize medical software for patient scheduling, billing, and record-keeping.

- Coordinate with healthcare providers, nurses, and staff to optimize patient care delivery.

- Implement utilization management strategies to enhance operational effectiveness.

- Oversee practice management activities, including staff supervision and training.

- Utilize acute care knowledge to support clinical teams in delivering high-quality patient care.

- Demonstrate proficiency in healthcare management and financial management practices.

- Maintain office systems for smooth operations and effective communication.

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in medical office management is essential.

- Experience in practice management within a healthcare setting is preferred.
