**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a diverse skill set to provide comprehensive medical services. **Duties:** - Provide primary and specialty medical care under the supervision of physicians - Conduct patient assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans - Perform procedures such as tube feedings, ventilator management, and wound care - Assist in surgeries and provide post-operative care - Collaborate with healthcare professionals for patient care coordination - Educate patients on health management, including discharge planning and health coaching - Participate in clinical research projects and contribute to data management **Requirements:** - Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program - Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant - Experience in Pediatrics, Senior Care, and Health Coaching preferred - Proficiency in coding and discharge planning - Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and care - Ability to ventilate patients when necessary - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Joining our team offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where you can make a difference in patients' lives.
