Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced to join our team. The will be responsible for various HR functions, including employee orientation, relationship management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience.
Duties:
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts
- Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports as needed
- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
- Coordinate employee training programs and track employee development
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Experience in employee orientation and onboarding processes
- Knowledge of cold calling techniques for recruitment purposes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
