You must have at least 2 years of recruiting experience to be considered for this job.

Starting pay is $15, with room for pay advances.

We are looking for someone who can grow the company, bring assets to the table that will benefit internally as well. We want to see drive!

• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Completing paperwork for new hires.
• Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
• Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
• Filling out all paperwork and correspondence to employees with child support orders, work verification, unemployment claims, etc.
• Conducting research for new companies we could potentially hire for.
• Maintain relationships with companies, department heads and employees.
• Occasionally process payroll when the office manager is out.
• Complete onboarding process for new hires.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

• Lubbock, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
