Pediatric Smiles and Braces is Hiring an Orthodontic Coordinator Near Orem, UT

ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT COORDINATOR
We have a growing orthodontic practice inside a very busy pediatric dental office. We need an Experienced Orthodontic Coordinator to lead growth and success of the non-clinical activities of the practice.

Responsibilities would include but not limited to scheduling appointments, being involved in consults, payment arrangements, billing and insurance, accounts receivable, observation appointments, tracking outcomes, all things related to an orthodontic practice minus the actual treatment.

This position would be directly responsible to the owner doctors. Currently orthodontic treatment is provided on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays. And this position would use other days of the week to manage other aspects on a non-orthodontic clinical day.
Compensation will be directly related to experience and the level of responsibility. If you’re bilingual in Spanish that would be a plus and justification for higher pay. PTO and Simple IRA are also available after a waiting period.

You will be working side-by-side with front desk and other ancillary staff. A team player attitude is a must. It is expected that you will take leadership roles in guiding the success with our Values in mind.

Experience in Orthodontic Coordinating is required; absolutely mandatory.
