Pediatric Smiles and Braces is Hiring an Experienced Orthodontic Dental Assistant (PT) Near Orem, UT

Pediatric Smiles and Braces is looking for an Experienced Orthodontic Dental Assistant. Our Ortho work days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and some Fridays availability on those days is necessary.
A knowledge of Orthodontic assisting is a must.
We are a growing Orthodontic and Pediatric practice. The ideal candidate would be outgoing and HAPPY, have a positive attitude and enjoy working with children, teens, and adults. Our office's main focus is on Patient-first mentality.

Job Description and duties include but not limited to:
  • Assist Doctor with orthodontic treatment.
  • Preparing teeth for bonding and debonding.
  • Charting of patient information.
  • Prepare and maintain orthodontic instruments, supplies, and equipment.
  • Take photos, x-rays, and impressions.
  • Educate & instruct patients about oral health and appliance care.
  • Assist with the placement/removal of orthodontic appliances.
  • Motivate patients to take an active role in their treatment.
  • Managing a fast-paced patient schedule.
  • Helping manage the sterilization department.
  • Assist with efficient clinic flow: Turning over chairs, making appointments, seating, etc.
