Job Description and duties include but not limited to:
- Assist Doctor with orthodontic treatment.
- Preparing teeth for bonding and debonding.
- Charting of patient information.
- Prepare and maintain orthodontic instruments, supplies, and equipment.
- Take photos, x-rays, and impressions.
- Educate & instruct patients about oral health and appliance care.
- Assist with the placement/removal of orthodontic appliances.
- Motivate patients to take an active role in their treatment.
- Managing a fast-paced patient schedule.
- Helping manage the sterilization department.
- Assist with efficient clinic flow: Turning over chairs, making appointments, seating, etc.
