This position is for a dynamic individual who is traveling the journey to ultimately become a physician. At times you'll work shoulder to shoulder with practicing physicians while they are managing patients. You will be a front desk receptionist working for physicians within the practice, and have administrative and clinical responsibilities. This may include medical scribe work, assisting them in taking notes, preparing referrals and prescriptions, and assisting with care management plans.

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate medical receptionist dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to young patients and their families. Proficient in managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth patient flow. Possesses excellent communication skills, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently handling inquiries and administrative tasks. Empathetic towards children's needs, soothing anxieties, and creating a positive environment. Detail-oriented in maintaining accurate records, verifying insurance information, and coordinating with healthcare staff. A vital team member who prioritizes patient comfort and confidentiality, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the pediatric office in delivering top-notch healthcare services.

Minimum requirements for the job:

1-Completed a four year college degree (or pending graduation)
